Bread crumbs are powdered dry bread used for coating the fried food to make it crispy ..
Any type of breads can be used here i have used white bread.. whole bread or only the side brown parts can be used. I usually save the brown part then make breadcrumbs.
STEP BY STEP PICTORIAL
- Tear the bread pieces. use the brown part and powder it in mixie
- Then spread it in roasting pan evenly and roast for 10 mins mixing in intervals..until golden brown and crisp .make sure its not darkened
- store this in airtight containerand can be used for coating cutlets rolls etc…
