There is nothing like homemade bread crumbs to improve the taste of your dish. Fresh homemade bread crumbs taste far better than store-bought bread crumbs and they are so easy to make! Making your own bread crumbs also saves money

Bread crumbs are powdered dry bread used for coating the fried food to make it crispy ..

Any type of breads can be used here i have used white bread.. whole bread or only the side brown parts can be used. I usually save the brown part then make breadcrumbs.

STEP BY STEP PICTORIAL

collect the bread pieces
powder the bread in mixie
powdered bread
roast the crumbs until golden brown and crisp
can be used to coat

  1. Tear the bread pieces. use the brown part and powder it in mixie
  2. Then spread it in roasting pan evenly and roast for 10 mins mixing in intervals..until golden brown and crisp .make sure its not darkened
  3. store this in airtight containerand can be used for coating cutlets rolls etc…
